For the new season, I have 2 pieces of GoD equipped but despite trying to stack momentum, I get no speed increase. After 5 shots, my Strafe speed is still 25% (125% for a moment with Smokescreen) and I strafe only as fast as I run.
I thought we were supposed to get 160% speed on the Strafe. If someone would help please. What am I not seeing?
The movement speed is from the 4p bonus.

OMG. I can’t believe that after all these years, I did not know that.
Thank you for clearing up my issue. Had me baffled totally.
EDIT:
Just found my RORG and 3rd piece of the set, so equipped with 4 pieces, I was off to the races. All is well in the universe again.
