Several times this season I’ve entered the vault to find a goblin horde in each segment of the vault. I don’t remember ever seeing this before. Is this a season bonus?
Have you been using ancient Puzzle Rings in the cube? Those open a portal to Ancient Vault which contains hordes of goblins.

Those hordes of goblins you see sometimes in Vaults are most likely because you opened up an Ancient Vault with an Ancient Puzzle Ring.
