So I tossed the gloves of worship on my follower as they emanate.
I ran a GR and noticed none of the shrines seemed to last longer than normal. I finished the GR with lil over 7 minutes left. So I know they didn’t last 10 minutes.
Is this happening to others? Or just me?
I did try to search for this, every other post is 2+ years old, which I’d consider obsolete.
Your seasonal necro does not have a follower with the gloves, at least according to the web profile. Double-check that the enchantress actually has it equipped, because the gloves work for my characters.
GR’s don’t have shrines, they have pylons - Gloves of Worship don’t work with them. No way they will let you have 10 minutes of Shield or Conduit. Would break the game…

No bug detected - pilot error.
But the altar allows shrine effects. And those will last 10 minutes if you or your follower is wearing the gloves. I’m assuming that is what the OP is referring to.
He doesn’t specify, but I’m inclined to believe he’s confusing pylons for shrines. He wouldn’t be the first to report this ‘bug’.
One should not post, before first cup of coffee.
Dying also means you lose all your shrines. Pylons persist through deaths, but shrines do not.
The existing shrine buffs after the previous GR also disappear when you start a new GR
