Just do what you did for the necromancer. You guys screwed up D2:R when you could have made it a great game. It will sell well, hell make it a druid/some other class pack to make it even better.

I’m also in favor of a druid, but keep in mind that the char would not be like a D2 druid.
Because you can’t do that in Diablo 3, because it’s designed to compare at the end.
Therefore, just like the Necro, the Druid will HAVE to be a pure competitive character.
There’s no other way to do that if you have that kind of concept as core content.
While it will certainly be a nice pastime to play with a druid, I don’t think it will add much value to D3. The whole concept would have to be turned around and the classes broken up. And that is guaranteed not to happen, even if the druid would not only get a DLC but an add on.
WD is the druid of D3. Take it or leave it.

Obvious troll is obvious.
But, in regards to the Necromancer, that was a class partially finished or at the very least fleshed out for the second expansion by the time active development was cut and D4 became their main focus. It was already in the pipeline. The Druid is not. There isn’t enough people or resources to get a ew class out before D4 arrives.
I doubt D4 is coming out, maybe 3 to 5 years from now.
Better focus on D4 than this. You will get the druid then.

Seeing D4 years and years away I would not mind to pay for druid like they did with necro.

I’m sitting here enjoying D2R more than I did the original so I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m very satisfied with it. Sure, launch issues + server issues but they’ve pretty well been ironed out. Why on earth would they ever revisit D3? There’s nothing left there, not that there was much to begin with.
I was thinking the same about D2R, with the exception of the new graphics it’s the same old game I played 2 decades ago. I do not expect any major new content for D3. I would still rather play D3 seasons over D2R. When D4 launches D2R and D3 will be a distant memory for me. Assuming I am not dead by that time.
If they do add new content to D2R the “purists” will go ballistic on the forum, it will be fun to watch.
