I don’t think that’s the answer. I think a better solution is to keep the item very rare, but make its farming process fruitful. Like killing Meph over and over again in D2. Sure, you might not get a shako for a while, but you’ll get other things you need during the process. Might be a good middle ground. I think the main issue is people don’t like that their efficient paragon and primal farming progress has to come to a halt for this.
