Do we know if Gheed or Gambling will be in Diablo 4 since they want gold to be very valuable? (Gambling for Gold not some Kadala shards etc)
Perhaps even gambling with the shards of hatred? Pvp shards
Would love this, No big end game items unless its a very low chance and super high cost to gamble?

Diablo series should be all about hardwork/grind, not about luck.

Gambling? Yeah, I’m sure gambling will return in Diablo 4. As for how effective it would be, that’s anyone’s guess.
Gheed? Not likely, as Gheed would’ve likely already died of old age by the events of Diablo 4. Also, according to his daughter Kadala, Gheed had lost his fortune some time before Diablo 3 RoS; and with the dire state that most of Sanctuary is in, it’s unlikely that Gheed managed to regain his fortune.
Bring back Gheeds charm 
Make it a very rare charm to find that gives magic find bonus and gold find bonus!
An NPC like Gheed seems like the only way to keep gold relevant.
