Gears of Dreadlands Video Lag

Hey guys,
So when using strafe and hungering arrow every now and then I get a video lag. Kind of like it freezes for a sec and goes back a few frames. My other characters have no issues. Its only on this particular character using those skills.

PC specs. i7-7700k
12gbs of ram
installed on a 500gb ssd
gigabyte 1080 (latest drivers)

ive installed the game on my daughters pc with the same issue
her specs are i7-6700k
12gbs of ram
500gb ssd
geforce 1060

ive lowered the graphic settings to the lowest and it still lags using those skills only.
I have a hardwire connection (gigabit) to the modem with internet 300mbs.

Any suggestions?

It would also be useful to make a video showing what the issue is since “video lag” can mean a number of things like stuttering or frame drops. But you also mention it goes back a few frames, so that sounds like a rubber banding (client/server position desync) issue.

Similar case happens to me when using Kalamity with D6, which is a well-known thing, no?
