Huh? PoE and D2 both have 3rd party sites that sell gear for cash.

D3 has many problems, but this isn’t one of them.

D3 has accounts for sale, full primals with 3000 paragon.
Bots are more active here than in POE. D3 has NO bot enforcement.

“You don’t have to be a loser and buy your gear.” You can grind the RNG monster and trade in game, which was my point and the original intention of the D2 developers and the PoE developers, and to which is the real fun of these games in my experience.

GD can be fun. PoE went in the direction I don’t agree with. Wolcen is still in beta but has a bit of potential. I would be much more excited about games, new and current, being release on Linux. Some of those games have the D2-LoD look and feel, but with more modern graphics.

2 things… If GxGxG:

  • did not get in bed with Tencent
  • brought their game to Linux (native 64 bit client)

I would be spending money in their online shop and playing their game. I was ready to buy a supporter pack until they got in bed with Tencent.

D3 is king when we talk about animations mostly. It’s VERY fluid, whereas PoE for exemple lacks big time in this department.

A combination of both, will be King.

Yeah. In D3 people bot the gear themselves instead of letting others do the botting xD

Though there are item/service selling websites even for D3.
