got booted out of a gr100 at rg and once i logged out and relog in i cant retrieve my hero list at log in screen

Same here. This is WHY I never play Hardcore. I have been playing non stop with only a few hours sleep since the season started. If I would have been hardcore and died, I would have been pissed to lose all that progress :(. Blizzard should have precautions in place so that this does not happen, very frustrating :frowning: !

same thing happened, with error code 395002, tried the Asia and Europe server, they are fine.

yeah i am having the same problem, obviously. i hope they get this fixed soon. i was just getting my journey finished and getting some more paragon.

Looks like a region wide issue… good opportunity to stretch the legs

I wish we could see when it is down and when it goes back up. I have to search chat discussions to see if others are having the same problem. Thankfully i got booted from a lesser rift and only lost 1 legendary that i was going to pick up before i was booted out

lets just hope someone messed up at blizzard and it will be fixed asap getting worried bout being the cyber attacks im hearing about

Good to know not an issue on my end. Recently started on PC and was following all their “help” suggestions. I was concerned I messed something up. Well, that’s my cue for lunch I guess. lol

Just killed RG went upgrade my gem and boom now we cant log in

Thanks, i am on it. i have a dog with a busted knee and if i move, he will move. right now he is sleeping nicely so i am kind of stuck. and now i can’t play my game :frowning:

There is no d3 maintenance scheduled.

yea i just hit my GR solo 70, completed it got a nice primal when it crashed… now everything from my inventory is gone… there was no roll back either… its just gone…
