Game producer's post on game balance

Yup top clear time changed and darkpatator cleared a 143, so now we have one 145 and three 143 clears.

It will be interesting to see how the top clears change with time for barbarians as well as other classes as the era/non-seasons gets older.

Monk, crusader and barb will likely be a bit higher than atm.
I doubt something interesting will happen with necros, wizards and dhs

Dark did 143 and 144 on stream today. 143 was with conduit that killed only 1 elite. He will upload video on youtube probably.

I was not during the stream.
Was he able to do a 143 without massive conduit play ?

For 143 clear start is around 39 min. He is using build with Area Damage. Almost all Paragons on main stat. He had poor conduit on loading screen for this run.

For 144 clear start is around 05:24. He had nice conduit for this run.

Yup, the conduit play was not that extensive, probably dark it’s going to hit 146 soon.
Fun enough is people now will come saying that was a dream rift, when it wasn’t.

What I and a lot of other people coudn’t understand was not the fact that WW/Rend Barb got nice buff, as well as New Sets being more powerful, but the fact that couple of other builds such as Throns necro and Vyr/Chnatados wiz got nerfed. It’s showing that the former mentioned classes are already surpassing what the later was able to do, which obviousy means they are more powerful than the nerfed builds prior to the nerf. That just proves that they didn’t need to be nerfed.

Might wanna edit his name to Cederquist.

Nice way to bump up post to the top on the list in general discussion

I was trying to quote it to put in in another thread. After I realized that I had posted in the wrong thread, I immediately deleted it (within a couple of minutes).

Deathnova Necro is the best class this season yet nobody plays it. So does that warrant a nurf?

The game balance discussions focus on non-seasons to avoid confounders caused by the seasonal buff.
