I have just tried to update my character at the season end. But the game has crashed four times. Totally freezing and locking my pc up meaning a hard reboot. It’s done it on the screen prior to entering the game. Then a few seconds into the game, and just now when I had deleted a couple of builds I no longer use. I’m running Windows 10 Home Premium, AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB Memory

I’d recommend the crash troubleshooting steps first. Make sure you’ve gone through everything there including the advanced steps. Hard system freezes can be caused by driver problems, operating system issues, or hardware issues in some cases.
If it’s still happening after doing everything in that link feel free to post your DXDIAG
- Press Windows Key + R.
- In the Run window type dxdiag and press Enter.
- In the DirectX window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and save it to your Desktop. Open the new dxdiag file with Notepad.
- In the posting section hit the </> button for “Preformatted text” then paste (Ctrl+V) the DXDIAG contents. That’ll make the information much more readable.
