Game Info Please

Hi all,
I’ve been looking at the “Difficulty Overview” on d3resource and I find it only goes up to GR-75/T-XVI. I’ve heard that running GR-90’s is a good level to run for farming. But can’t find any info on why. Do more items drop? Do better grade items drop? If so, I’m not seeing this.
What I’m here to ask is if there is a table or text with the information of like legendary chance % and drop rate, Does the chance of Ancients rise at 90 or above? The data would be nice to see.

This thread from April might help you on some of that.

Thank you. That table of Health, Damage & XP per GR level also helps a LOT! Blood Shards is moot since Kadala’s generosity is measurable.
I wish there was a rise in Ancient chance, but … that’s the RNG game, right?

RNG is the biggest factor in farming. I’ve gotten primals and Ramaladni gifts from breaking barrels in a lower difficulty.

It’s just too random. So the best bet is to farm on the highest possible difficulty/GR level and hope for the best.

Reminds me of the beginning of D3 when I found my first 2 legendary items from corpses. I thought that was a nice touch to the game. My third one came from loose stones. Who takes the time to do those things anymore? To me that’s what made D1, D2, and D3 ‘really’ fun. Now? Yeah I go around smashing things, but no where near as thorough as before. If I find a goody or two, cool. If not, then I got to break something just because it’s fun. I randomly click on the loose stones and other little nick nacks from time to time as well.

Edit: I find it a lot more rewarding to go to Kadala when I have a boat load of DB’s. I know she will give me loads of yellows. I take those to the cube and boom, legendary. Of course there are times when that is a no go. Meh, then I go to the Blacksmith and salvage me some souls. In the end, at least I get something.

I can agree. I’ve actually been thinking of trying to find someone to level up and go through D2 from start to finish. Just meandering around, checking chests, rocks, beds, and killing mobs. Get that old happy feeling of a random legendary dropping when you least expect it to.
