The game crashes every time in Act 4 after entering The Crystal Arch then running up stairs to find Diablo. Am playing on xbox. Any idea how to get around this?
There is a main thread:
Try redo the ending of A3 (kill Azmoden) and enter Act 4. You shall able to continue.
Thank you. Wasn’t sure if the patch2.6.10 was related to this issue.
So how do you go back and replay the 3rd Act
Game Menu → Game Settings → Campaign Mode → Change Quests to Act 3 → Resume Game.
Change … not Reset Quests
“Reset Quests” will delete the progression on all your quests and you will have to start the story from the very beginning.
When you click “Change”, a list of quests will appear… click on “7. Heart of Sin” at the end of Act III and select “Kill Azmodan”.

Girlfriend was crashing at crystal arch, had her go kill diablo in adventure mode, then went back to campaign with no crashes.
