My game crashed exactly at the moment I was picking up the Cosmic Wings on the US server. Since then (over a week ago), I have been completely locked out with Error Code 395002. I can play perfectly fine on Asia and Europe servers, which confirms it's a backend database deadlock on my US account due to the crash during the item collection. Could you please forward this to a database administrator to flush/reset my US character session?Please also help me check and verify if the ‘Cosmic Wings’ cosmetic item was successfully bounded to my account balance during that crash. I would appreciate it if you could ensure it wasn’t lost due to the server deadlock. Thank you!
