Game always in English

Hello
The language selection doesnt work anymore with D3
I usualy play in french but the game launch everytime in English until last week
I tried to switch between english/french/spanish, but it always launch in English
already tried to clear the cache or uninstall battlenet app
this bug is reported by other players on Blizzard French Forum

С Русским такая же беда! Не могу переключить! Всегда Английский! Вчера всё нормально было!

in the D3Debug.txt we can see that Agent returns no selected locale but it is selected to French in D3 parameters

I had the same problem yesterday, and some other players encountered it as well in the german forums.

As a workaround it seems to help to use an additional command line parameter (can be set in the BattleNet client). For german it is

-locale=deDE

French should be

-locale=frFR

And for Spanish would be
-locale=esES
just tried it and it worked.

bonjour meme problem ici mon jeu n’a tous simplement plus de selection de langue a choisir il est en anglais et jle joue habituellement en francais.

Thanks for the command line work around folks. I have added this, and the work around, to the Known Issues list.

There is now Blizzard Blue post from a Forum Support Agent on Tech Support. They are aware of the issue and there should be a fix released. Try restarting the Bnet launcher.

The bug report forum here shows it coming and going though, so leaving the work arounds in the Known issues thread for now.
