As the title suggests - All the “ingredients” were correctly put in and are gone but I’m not seeing any select options for The Furnace in the kanai. Is this a known issue or something?
No, because it’s not a bug.
You can extract the powers from any valid legendary into the Cube. However, you can only see / select powers of items that your hero could equip. So, unless your hero is capable of wielding The Furnace, it won’t show up and cannot be selected, e.g. a Demon Hunter would not be able to use the extracted Furnace power.
You can confirm this for yourself as you have two seasonal heroes, one a Crusader, the other a Demon Hunter. If you look in the Cube on your DH, you won’t be able to select the Furnace. If you look in the Cube on your Crusader, you will be.

Yep, as above. It’s a 2h melee weapon.
You must be talking about your DH, because they are the only class that can’t weild them.
As such, it won’t be available in the DH’s cube either.
