Yes, they should.
And, if you are playing Cold Hungering Arrow on GoD, they are a nice addition for the 4th cube slot.
I think of using them i 4 slot and exchange thrill of the hunt with stady aim.
This SHOULD provide 20% more dps
The Frostburn freezes enemies, instead of Chill so I doubt it works with Cull the Weak but it should definitely work with Bane of the Trapped. I think only Iceblink provide Chill effects for cold damage and it’s only utilized by zDPS/supports; it doesn’t worth replacing any of your current legendary gems for such thing.
My suggestion is try to play around the idea of including Marked for Death, else tossing an Odyssey’s bow at the Cube instead of fiddling around with Frostburn. Keeping Frostburn in Cube will only push you to keep Thrill of the Hunt for slow effects which is a very mild cost. At the other hand, including Marked for Death must be paired with Single Out passive, and Odyssey at Cube will cost you an action slot for Entangling Arrow, so weight their impact right.
It seems to be working. i am currently nr 6 on dh leaderboard this season
frostburn and fan of knives seems to be working.
