I hope most of you already know this, but not all things on PTR are kept the way they are when the patch goes live.
So please, don’t create angry topics like “WHY DID * feature that was on PTR * GOT REMOVED??? OMFG I HATE THIS GAME!”.
PTR is a test server, and the reason it exists is to test things so the devs can make changes/balances before it goes live.
“Oh, but what about * insert OP/broken/unbalanced item/build *? They added that to live but reverted the build I wanted to play with!!!”.
Well, that you can ask the devs… Sometimes they didn’t see that being OP, or they decided to add it anyways, we will never know.
This happened not so long ago, when they buffed Crusaders in PTR and reverted the changes before going to live. Well… I think we all remember the countless topics trash talking about it… Just please, avoid it. We already have enough hate in this forum.

While the spirit of your post is appreciated, they mostly ignore suggestions to the PTR.
But, you are right, and there is no harm in trying.

Right of course, they only had 100s of people telling them that the S18 buff sucks during the PTR…and it only took them 2 months into the season itself to do something about it.
By which time noone could care less because they had all finished the journey loooooong before then.

Keep in mind that the seasonal buffs are complex mechanics which are not simple to change, unlike changes to items which are in many cases are simple number tweaks.
So, you’re saying they’re not just re-coloured Oculus circles with a modified buff number applied?
Point being? The way they work is the issue which has been criticised and it’s no different from the Oculus. They just copied the mechanic without thinking. When the S18 buff was on the PTR, it was essentially too late, there wasn’t anything they could do in time.
A small part of Season play is just doing the journey for the player base.
Hundreds of thousands daily play most of full season.
Teddy Roosevelt made famous the quip:

maybe you can learn something from that.
I believe the quote is “Talk quietly and carry a big stick…” The implication shouldn’t be that you’re quietly sneaking on someone so as to bash their head in without them noticing…

And don’t worry about what some may say. I believe it’s never too early to discuss PTR Patches. Especially since PTRs only last 1 week these days.
I do agree that it should be done in a respectful, productive way.
