What are the free contents when you purchase StarCraft® II: Campaign Collection Digital Deluxe? Im only seeing a new pet, transmogs, and achievements but no wings. Am I missing something?

No. You are buying a completely different game. The stuff simply comes with it. You can infer that cost if you wish. Its like those that buy the Blizzcon VT and complain then too. They are buying a ticket to watch the various event shows. Not the items. Those come with it.
But go ahead and infer a cost if you wish.

There are two editions of SC2 with a price - Standard and Digital Deluxe. You get the same full base content with either one.
The only difference between them is the additional cost to get the cosmetic extras like pets, wings etc.

I didnt get tge banner sigril and wings. I just got the pet from LotV
You would need the other expansions’ collectors / deluxe editions to get the other stuff if you don’t have them:
I already have this. Basically i bought all the 3 digital campaign deluxe collection with this package (WoL, HotS, LotV). So i should get all the goodies from the 2 campaign collection ( HotS and LotV) with my purchase, right?
If you already bought it then you should have all that stuff. Check the mailbox at the bottom corner maybe.
Checked it again and nothing. I just got a Probe pet, nothing else.
What about the Wings and Pennant tabs?
