PTR. Wanted an Int based toon to get Enchantress items for my Sader. Left game. Respawned a WD into Solo. Got my follower bag, stuffed items into the stash. Left game. Switched back to my Sader. Started game and ended up in Normal difficulty. I had left in T16.
This happened a couple of times for me in this PTR too.
