Ok. Lot of itens working like flavor of time, occulus ring, nemesis bracer, but tyrael might not working it gives +10-20% damage to demons. I just tested and realzied it’s bugged. Can you fix it ? Thanks.
Stone of Jordan is it working too ? It appears not working.
Only items that specifically say “Emanates” on them will transfer the legendary power from the follower to you.
Some other items also work on the follower, but do not emanate to you, such as Occulus ring, Dovu Energy Trap, Ess of Johan, Thunderfury, etc.
None of this is a bug.

So here is my suggestion for devs. Is it possible for those 2 i mentioned ? Let’s do it ?
If the item, equipped by your Follower, says “Emanates” next to the Legendary Power, that Power is given to your Character, like VitaKaninen stated. Think of it like equipping the Power using Kanai’s Cube.
All other Properties are to the benefit of your Follower. With Tyrael’s Might, there is no Legendary Power, so nothing “Emanates”. All of the Properties are to the benefit of your Scoundrel. However, since Followers’ Damage doesn’t mean much in D3, you will probably never notice the extra +16% Damage to Demons that he does.
Also, keep in mind that some items just don’t work with Followers.
