Season 23 character. My follower was fully equipped before I joined another player session. I was migrated back to my own session, and my follower had no equipment on. It’s not in my inventory, nor is it in my stash. It’s just gone.
I can not see your profile online, so I assume you are playing on a Console.
If so, use the pencil icon beside the title of your post to move it to the Console Bug Report Forum.
