I’m not sure if it’s working as intended but this item is now actually increasing all damage dealt to slowed and chilled enemies instead of just increasing the damage of seismic slam to them.
Have tested this.
It should be fixed before the season starts if it’s really a bug instead of an intentional buff.

I consider this a good change for barb. Just change the wording on the weapon and we have Rend back. Cough lets not talk about HOTA cough*
