At higher gr tiers theres too much lag. Barbarians cause most of it, some peeps insta leave groups if theres a rend barb now cause of it.

barbarian and crusaders damage cause lag, is because there is a lot of numbers and old severs cant deal with it, thats why the “allow” starpact cuz dont produce lag, the only way to fix lag is 2 options, 1 reduce numbers from grs and sets, or 2 upgrade servers and those stuff
Sounds like your toaster can’t deal with it. I have no problems.

no is not the player problem, when i play grs 130 in publics grs with my fury rgk we all in the party got laggy not only me, and my toaster is pretty good, i can plat destiny 2 and doom4 pretty nice, the problem is the server and those such big numbers in area damage, not about my hardware

Juat because players appear to be lagging on your screen, because you are lagging, doesn’t mean they actually are. I can stream this 60fps 1080p on max settings with a full game of any class and not see these issues you’re having and I built my PC in '16.
I play in groups of 4 all the time and everyone has the same lag at the same time, its not my high end pc that can play anything. Been playing d3 for since release and this is the first time the lag has been as bad as it is. Its the servers not the players

The game lags for me in high density mobs with 4 other players due to INSANE damage numbers.

yes when i lag everybody lags and everybody dies, and i can prove it just playing with my sader in Grs pubs
