It seems there a bug on the xbox where you can’t claim challenge rewards. The mailbox isn’t clickable either (it is in eternal, just not seasonal). I see complaints going back a few years, although, this is the first season its happened to me.
Has anyone seen a fix for this? I can’t progress the altar until I get a challenge reward, so this is a pretty annoying bug that’s been hanging around for a long time.

Same problem the previous two seasons for the first couple of challenge rifts - righted itself by the 3rd week.
This season no problem at all - go figure.
I’m also one who has had this problem consistently for years, up until the most recent season, when it seems to have magically resolved.
