Fissure Drop Rates

I know that the PTR is generally buffed with a higher drop rate, but I’d contend that for level 70, right now, it strikes the right balance of risk/reward (ok… maybe ~25% nerf would be OK).
I love the goblin levels - although I’d like to see a few more blood goblins, but sure understand why we’re not seeing sires - that lag is no joke.

Under 70, the legendary drop rate, even in PTR is pretty dismal. But at 70, with a complete set, at T16, and tearing through, the rate is awesome.

There is no increased drop rate, besides more Blood shards and of course the vendor.

From patch notes:

PTR-unique buffs will be active to help you on your journey: increased experience gains, and double Blood Shard drops.
