I don’t have access to the PTR and was hoping maybe one of you could answer a simple question.
The new necro ethereal Blackhand Key has an effect that says “Cursed enemies are feared in place for 7 seconds”. Does anybody how this works when combined with a Brigg’s Wrath? Are enemies pulled or feared in place when a curse is applied?
