I am wondering how we are getting the lighting elemental damage if its not on our deathwish. I have arcane, cold and fire covered. My DW has Holy. Do I need to get a DW with lightning?
Try to change a skill I suppose. You’d need to get one with lightning yes. Either roll the damage or hope for a really good one with lightning.

It might be nice to have all Elements for Ele. Ex. , but just looking for one with a bit more %Dmg, while beeing quite close, should be enough of Work 
Also maybe other Pantsus, with ASrmor an sec. Resis, might be an Option =)

Looks like your question is about elemental exposure passive? If so,
There are basically 4 builds:
-taeguk + audacity + endless walk solo push
-taeguk + audacity + focus restraint/squirt grp speed
-zeis + power hungry + endless walk low paragon rgk
-zeis + power hungry + soj + squirts high paragon rgk.
All builds have can’t allow lightning skills on bar. You can do whatever you like on low tier speeds.
You can maybe try swap out slow time in right grps, 10% att spd changes MI skill frames from 42f to 36f. I don’t know what % dmg this translates to.
Regarding EE return is:
3rd element: 1.15/1.10 = 4.5%
4th element: 1.20/1.15 = 4.35%
So basically , the max EE damage for all build is 3 elemental, so you can have either a lightning or cold DW
