Using a laptop - i7-6700HQ 2.6ghz, 16g ram, Win10 ltsb, Nvidia GTX 1070, installed on a SSD. All drivers up to date.
The UI when starting the game is choppy and I can barely move the mouse - if I manage to create a character I can toggle to the old UI and everything is fine. When trying to start a game I get to the loading screen and crash to desktop without an error message.
Scaled resolution to 50%, windowed mode, vsync on/off and it’s still essentially the same, maybe a small improvement. My nvidia gpu is running the game and not the integrated gpu according to the nvidia control panel.
I’m able to run WoW, Path of Exile, Factorio, and EvE without any issues, other than WoW if I change directx 12 to directx 11 - then it becomes extremely choppy similar to what I’m seeing in D2R.
Ticket to tech support shrugged it off as beta issues.
