Export/Import a character from PS4 to PS5?

I have a character on my PS4 that is like to play on my PS5 but there doesn’t seem to be an option to export it from the PS4? Is that not possible?

considering you can play ps4 games on the ps5, they probably never made that an option.

You don’t do that, you simply upload your PS4 save to the PS Cloud then on your PS5 download the save from the PS Cloud and you have your save transferred from PS4 to PS5.

Will importing a new save erase a character I already made on my ps5? I started a mage on ps5 Diablo 3 but then I found out I could transfer a save. I’d really like to get my demon hunter back from ps4.

If you started a new Save on your PS5 but want your PS4 save you can’t combine the two sadly. You choose which save you want (PS% with mage or PS4 with DH that you can upload and use on PS5).
