I’ve been unable to play the campaign with any single-player character and keep getting error code 317002. This has been going on since yesterday evening (CET), and I’m not the only one having this issue. Both my launcher and game are up to date, and neither restarting the game nor my entire computer does any good. Will you please look into this? Thank you!

Yes, same here too. After uninstall game and battlenet client, clean all cache folder the problem is still there.

Indeed since yesterday logging on to non seasonal characters and/or the new challengerift results in that error code 317002. This seems to be only be the case in Europe. Logging in everything in the American region works fine.
I tried all the possibilities found in the forums (repair, deleting certain folders, etc.) but nothing seems to be working.
Same issue, I did all the known troubleshooting, yet it is still on going! even tried my second account and even there I get the same issue.
but you can play in america without any issues … just saying
true, but I am full EU bound, I can do US, but not willing to go through all the hassle again
yeah, that sux… I was playing for about 5 min and alt+f4 for the same reason
Experiencing the same problem. Can’t access my characters at all. On the European server, that is. Works fine on the others, but not in Europe. Getting the same error as everyone else.

No challengerift here as well, no non season game, error code 317002.
Hi all, same for me since yesterday, error 317002 on challenge rift. I tryied to switch to US server and come back on EU server, but no luck. Please fix asap, thanks
Hi everybody, me too. 317002 on every char, everymode (EU) i guess no season 36 goodies for me and no season 37 
server restart at 19.50 (italy time) for upgrade, hope will fix
