Do we know when the PTR will start? Tuesday night? or wednesday at 2 AM in the morning?
I live in Finland which is EET zone and here the PTR start times typically have been between 21.00-00.00.
The PTR has no set start time. It can start early or late, depening on when they flick the switch.

I live in Hungary, which CEST and it can be anywhere from 18:00-23:00.
I think you are right, I’m from Romania and I believe that here will start maybe at 23:00.
The season will start after midnight.
If it’s gonna be Jan 31, 5PM PST, it will be Feb 1, 2AM CET.
