Did you get it from Kadala? I saw a couple of people in chat say that they got it from Kadala but it rolled without any stats.

It’s quite possible, honestly. I hadn’t noticed until I was looking over a recent haul. I’d imagine that’s probably the case though.
You don’t get etherials from kadala, they only drop from monsters, chests and brakable objects, you can get them from the ptr vendor also in the SESONAL ptr. And they have a teal beam when they drop and a teal border when looking at their stats. Also they have a big bunch of stats.

That is what the PTR notes indicate, but that is exactly where all the five that I’ve seen that had 0 stats got them from, or so they say . They were gambling 1 or 2 handed weapons and the ended up with an ethereal similar to the image posted. They linked the item in the chat in game, so you can be certain they didn’t do a Photoshop. There is probably a bug related to Kadala and ethereals. They are in Kadala’s pool, but they don’t roll with anything but base damage.
