If we don’t get this FoS, are we still going to be able to transmog the ones we did get in NS and other seasons later?
No.
The ones you have collected, will work as transmog only in season.
This achievement unlocks the transmog for always.
Except it doesn’t for everyone and the achievement, even for those that actually completed it, disappeared after people obtained it. It’s been broken for 30 months…
