This may have already been answered somewhere that I haven’t seen. I have the same affix on my ethereal as I do on my offhand and I wondered if they stack or if I need to get a different off hand.
It was answered before the season even started, in the patch notes
- Legendary Powers and Class Passive Skills rolled on Ethereals do not stack with the same power equipped through Kanai’s Cube, Items or Skills.
