Im Playing Monk with Bartuc’s Cut-Throat and the Ingeom Perk on it. But it didnt procc at yellow elit packs. Saw that in Grifts 100+.
You have to kill the ENTIRE pack, just as it states in the description. The same applies for Bane of the Powerful.
This is not a bug.

It seems to be bugged for grotesques. I had the same problem where the ethereal with in-geom power did not reset when encountering grotesque packs. It did reset bane of the powerful but not eth. power.
I would love to see a short video showing Bane of the Powerful proccing but not In-Geom.

I decided to test it for myself. Works fine for me.
Well tested it again, didnt work for me again… Killed 5 packs only the grotesque didnt proc for me. I used Innas set and the Jade Talon ethereal.
Can you record it and post the video?
Also, are you absolutely sure you are killing ALL of the minions and that none of them are getting away?
