Yeah there’s some issue with the Europe server, Blizzard is aware of it:

As of now I can’t enter the game and I get the (Error 317002) message, says something like; either servers are not available or version mismatch. Any idea what is going on? Is there another attack on servers or Diablo team trying to run a hotfix for crashes? I’m playing in EU region and neither Seasonal or Non-Seasonal seem to work. What’s going on?

Hello… Cannot start a game on the European servers. Neither Season nor Non Season. Americas and Asia Server work. Deleted the Battle.net folder in ProgrameData.
