Anyone else getting this? Was working fine about 20 minutes ago, and now this is all I am getting.
This happens before it asks for the authentication code. Sometimes it has token numbers. I have seen token 4, 7, and 9.
Only about 1 in 10 times will it ask for the authentication code, but then it fails.

Same here, though my error message windows do not have “Token XX” in them.
EDIT: I’m in central Pennsylvania
Getting same issue, thought I’d look for a thread before starting one. This just started this morning for me. I can’t seem to get into because of it.
