Hello. Today, 6/15/2021, I encountered a problem entering Diablo. Immediately after entering a single game and while activating a rift, I received an invitation from a player, with whom I had previously played. After I fell in battle, I decided to accept the invitation, but the system denied me access to the shared game, instead reporting the error code 10001. I uploaded another single game, continuing to receive invitations by this player. I tried to accept them again, but always with negative results and with the same error code. At this point I declined a further invitation and checked if the player was online or not, noting that he was offline for a short time. Although the player was no longer online, the invitations continued to show up. I shut down the game several times, changed characters several times, without success. In the end I decided to reinstall the game, I checked some forums where they said to clear the caches, always with negative results. The invitations kept coming up. it was only when I changed region that I noticed that the invitations no longer arrived. This creates a problem for me, because my friends can’t invite me as they see me busy and even in a public match. I sincerely hope you can help me and thank you in advance. Regards. Alexander.
