Battlenet is telling me I need to patch but hitting the “Patch” button generates:
Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.
Error Code*: BLZBNTAGT00000BB8*
I’ve tried all the suggestions in support, no luck. Checked WoW and it too wants an update and it too generates this error.
Played on this machine, on 2 different accounts, with the last 5 hours with no troubles.
Any suggestions?
Update: I gave up on waiting for Blizzard to get back to me and just tried restoring the game and Battlenet from backup. Problem solved. Then Blizzard got back to me and suggested I try the things I had already told them I tried when I submitted the ticket. Glad I didn’t wait.
