When trying to open my cosmetics tab i get this message "there was a problem retrieving the shop menu. (Code 396009). I tried going from fullscreen to windowed, tried restarting the game. When i logged in i got an achievment called “Diablo Immortalized”. so maybe that has something to do with it? ill try reinstalling now. will update
EDIT: reinstalling didnt work. i tried scan and repair as well
Same issue here, same achievement came up first as well.

Hey all,
We saw some other reports of Error 396009 and it looks like this was a server-side issue after all. The info was forwarded along and the Diablo III team made some adjustments, so this should be fixed now.
Please let us know if it returns.
