I did everything to fix the issue I could find online. Then I spent 5 mins trying to figure out how to put in a D3 ticket. Talked to two different GMs (they each took about 12 hours to respond). First guy seems like a bot or AI answer because I told him what I tried in the ticket, but the response was… did you try the same things you said you already tried?
The second GM said:
While I can’t manually “push” your hero through on this end, I’ve seen this happen when the server needs a heartbeat to sync back up. Because you’ve already tried the standard fixes, the best move now is to post a quick thread in our Technical Support Forums.
I have attempted the following multiple times:
1)Logged out of both the game and battle.net app completely. Waited for over an hour and tried to log in: Didn’t work
2) Switched my game region to EU, logged in, created a char, ran around, logged out, changed back to America, logged in: Didn’t work
3) Ran the repair tool in the battle.net app: Didn’t work
4) Windows Key + R, type %ProgramData%, and delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders: Didn’t work
5) Changed my battle.net password: Didn’t work
6) Invited myself from my wife’s computer as I’m logging in on my PC: Didn’t work
So, blizzard can’t fix the issue, but maybe their specialized tech teams who only work by running into threads on the forums can help out?
