Yup seems a little widespread, if this doesn’t fix itself overnight I expect they’ll take a look tomorrow
I am having same error 395002 when trying to log in. It cannot retrieve heroes list and gives me the error. I can log into EU and Asian servers. But not America servers.
We’ll see how it goes for sure but the longer this issue isn’t resolved will show that I had strong valid points about what I said in this whole discussion. Thank you for your reply.

Because it’s not forbidden to ask multiple times? Why would it be wrong then? Because it’s not allowed by Blizzard ? Saying/asking something once about an issue that needs to be resolved quicker than slower doesn’t have the same impact then asking it multiple times even if you think that it doesn’t matter. As I said, you have your point and I do have my own point and both opinions may be valid anyway so why trying to show me as if you are absolutely right and i’m absolutely wrong?
I know that you are gonna say that even saying/asking something multiple times won’t change the pace for this issue to be fixed but I don’t think it’s a crime to say it several times either. I respect your opinion and you have a valid point so it would be nice from you to show me that you respect my opinion either. If I’m asking multiple times it’s because I don’t know what’s going on and they had the whole day to give some explanations.

It’s all about communication. If we would have been informed earlier, I wouldn’t have had made multiple posts. It’s not my problem. It’s Blizzard’s problem.
You said that you are not assuming this by the fact that not insisting or asking doesn’t change anything in terms of how quickly an issue is resolved but you know this. You sound like if you want to show me that you are totally right and that I’m totally wrong and why would I be able to add new information if we aren’t informed by Blizzard at the first place. Who is really responsible of this issue? Me? You? or Blizzard? the answer is in the question itself.

Nothing fixed yet after more than 13 hours. It was to be expected anyway. I’m not really surprised about that. I can’t wait to see excuses to justify this issue to take so much time to get resolved.
Second day in a row that I can’t log in. Fails with 395002 error. Any updates? I haven’t even seen any publicly addressed “experiencing issues” posts regarding this.
The Blizzard engineers are based in PDT.
7 hours ago it was 19:25 PDT (i.e. after the engineers finished work).
It’s now 02:25 PDT (i.e. before the engineers have arrived at work).
Don’t expect anything to happen with this for at least 7-8 hours.
Unfortunately, I had the same problem yesterday when I created a new character.
I don’t know what’s going on to be honest. I can’t play since more than 20 hours now and we still haven’t been informed about anything at Blizzard regarding that 395002 error code issue.
Play another game(s) and/or go out and take a deep breath…
By telling that I should play another game you think that it’s a justification for Blizzard to not to fix the issue? Thank you to act as if Blizzard is more important than us customers/players.

D3, again, is an old 10 years game.
We are lucky to have some CM/Dev work on it. And 27 seasons.
I play since vanilla so, here are my thoughts:

Devs and CMs aren’t your slaves.
Count me as one of the unlucky ones as well, HC seasonal Necro was made (Last night) it errored and now I can’t load anything in NA… (Euro works) , I’ve tried everything.
Did i say anywhere that Devs and CMs are our slaves? Where do you see that?
Did I say that i blame Blizzard for every bugs that are still in this 10 year video game as Diablo 3?
I just said that they need to fix it and you as a player if you are not affected by this issue of course it doesn’t matter to you and if you are affected by this issue what’s the point of trying to defend Blizzard by saying that we are lucky to still have some kind of support for this game and 27 seasons? My point is not concerning what’s happened in the past about this game or by the fact that it’s a 10 year video game. That’s not an argument that is strong enough for me to convince me that this situation is justified. At the very first place, there’s an issue that is still there and still not fixed and that’s the only thing that matters about all of this. I have nothing against you personally. It’s all about Blizzard, not about me or you anyway. Thanks for your reply.
