Error Code 319043

Hello all PLEASE help. Error code: 319043 has been popping up for two days now, on one specific clan I’m trying to join. I can join or attempt to join other clans but not this one.
I have waited 24hrs to attempt again.
I have Reinstalled BNet and D3
I have Scan and Repaired BNet.

You cannot request to join the clan at this time because you have requested to join this clan to recently. Please try again later. Error Code: 319043

me too, and there’s nothing in the web about this and nobody answered me

Did you try searching the D3 Forums?

I got this from just typing 319043.

I didn’t read through them, so I don’t know if there’s a solution.

My Clan and Community Officers don’t seem to be having this issue. And since I’m just a Member, I haven’t had to deal with it.
