Can’t enter to play, stuck on lobby after the update

Having this exact same problem currently! tried some fixes like forcing NA server and clearing DNS but still getting the error message.

Looks like the South American server for Diablo III is broken.

Try to force the game to use the North American server… as a temporary measure until the SA server is fixed.

On the Battle.Net App, click the cogwheel / gear icon to the right of the Play button and select “Game Settings”

In the Game Settings panel, select/put check mark in “Additional command line arguments” and put “OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=Default” in the box under it… as in this screenshot. Click “Done” and try launching Diablo III.
