Error code 30002

Hello, when I try to log on to my hero I get the error code "There was a problem joining the game. (Code 30002). I’ve tried the fix here: Error Code 30002 - #5 by Reptilicus-1977 but it doesn’t work.

I’ve tried disabling my VPN, restarting the client and uninstalling and installing the game again.

I am also getting this error when trying to create a game. I tried disabling VPN and switching regions.

Restarting my PC ended up fixing this for me.
