I try everything and cant play the game

Same with me. click play and error 30002 pops up and that’s it. What is going on Blizz? can’t play with any character!

I assume you are trying to play the PTR… which appears to be down atm. Refer to this post by Blizzard on the PTR Bug Report forum:

Hi all - Just a quick note on PTR. The team has identified a few issues that we are going to be addressing tomorrow morning on the PTR. If you want to play your normal (non-PTR) heroes, make sure you switch to « Diablo III » on the launcher.
