Error code 24004

Hi, I’m having problems joining GR public games. Whenever I try to join I get error code 24004. Only on GR games, not in the other options.

I’m having the same error code (24004), started 2 days ago. I can join all public games except for t16 rifts.

Hi:

This player said that he solved the error code 24004 issue by logging out the BattleNet App, and then re-logging in by putting your username/password. Worth a try I imagine… doesn’t take much time. I would appreciate feedback… whether that works or not.

Doesnt work… Same error for the last 2 days, only on t16 pub rift…no issues with anything else…

Also having this error. T16 Pub rifts only.

Have tested everything related to network/software and even reinstalled d3/battlenet and set a static IP and removed all firewall/security.

Definitely an issue on their end. Super bizarre one though.

im having the same error i can join everything public just not normal rifts any idea why? am i the only one?

i have same problem
there was a problem searching for a public game (code 24004)
what is going on???

Same here almost 2 weeks please fix this asap .
I even reinstall nothing change whats wrong .
