WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Looks like issues start around the 3rd hop (10.10.2.1) where we see 3% packet loss and latency spike to 216ms. The packet loss continues all the way down to the server, since packet loss early on like this will affect the entire path.

The connection between PC and router (Gargoyle.lan) looks great, and then from the router to the modem(?) or next local device looks fine (192.168.10.1).

That 10.10.2.1 hop is likely on the internet provider’s side, so I’d recommend giving them a call to see if they can investigate for you. They may need to send a technician out to check the lines, signal noise, and devices for any issues.

Hope this helps!

No, it’s not working. Mine connection is fine. It’s only D3 problem. WoW, HS and SC II working great. 2% packet loss is not enough to get dc, especially after 10-15 min of playing D3. With 2% loss in 5 min i ll get a lag - not disconnect. I see a lot ppl with this problem so its not only my connection and my ISP, don’t you think?

Sonoftheblue,

There are a ton of different reasons why connectivity problems happen. We aren’t aware of any game wide issues at the moment, and we regularly see problems like this fixed by having the packet loss fixed. 3% packet loss may not seem like much - but if the packets are dropped back to back that’s when you lose connection.

Our analysis for this is the best troubleshooting we have for you, and I’d be completely surprised if you still have problems after you fix it with your ISP. Until you get this packet loss handled we can’t do anything else to help you.
