Error 30002 upon login

Hi,

I repeatedly get Error 30002 upon login (on Europe). How can this be fixed? Where can we see if the servers are even up? Tried so far:

  • Verify files and fix. (no issues)
  • “Additional command line arguments” and added “OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=Default”
  • Restarted PC
  • Disabled VPN

Thank you for any help (which the Blizzard Support Team was not able to provide since they are, and I quote, “Unable to help for any PTR-related issues”).

Hi, I am having the same problem with the US server. I get the same error code 30002. I have tried campaign, adventure, changed levels. Still the same.

Do people even read the blue post?

There is only one PTR server and it’s hosted in the US. There’s isn’t one per region. The issues with the PTR server are covered in the stickied, blue post that Corn provided a link to in the post immediately prior to yours.
